CLASS SCHEDULE

HIIT/TABATA: High Intensity Interval Training is a form of cardiovascular exercise which entails alternating between high intensity and low intensity exercises.

 

FIT TO THE CORE: Pilates style class focusing on strengthening your back and your core.

 

TOTAL BODY FITNESS: Focuses on improving muscular strength through the use of free weights and one's own body weight.
